Our family was moving from California to seek a better quality of life, but didn’t know anything about the hot Phoenix real estate market. We needed a realtor who understood the market dynamics, could guide a buyer through this crazy, insane market, and put us in position to land on a home that ticked all the boxes for our family.

Buying a house remotely is not the ideal situation. However, Brad was constantly reaching out, offering ideas, walking through scenarios, and advising us based on what he saw happening on a daily/weekly basis. More importantly, he set us up with a trusted broker in advance so when we found a home we wanted, we came to the table with a strong and compelling offer immediately. In fact, the home we ended up purchasing we turned down their counter-offer. We thought “on to the next house”.
